What is live event illustration?
Live event illustration is where I create bespoke guest portraits on the spot during your event, capturing guests in my distinctive illustrative style in 10 minutes or less. It's an interactive, memorable experience that gives guests a unique, personalised keepsake to take home. I work with luxury brands, corporate clients, and private hosts across the UK and internationally.
What styles of illustration do you offer at events?
I offer a range of styles to suit your event's aesthetic, including bold black and white line portraits, full-length fashion illustrations, and stylish mixed media colour sketches. I can also discuss bespoke ideas, whether you'd like a particular theme, medium, or surface to work on. I'm happy to tailor my approach to match your brand or event vision.
How long does each illustration take?
Each guest portrait is created in 10 minutes or less. For larger activations with high guest numbers, I can offer a faster 5-minute sketch format. We can discuss what works best for your event's flow and expected footfall when you get in touch.
Do you work digitally or with traditional media?
I work in both traditional media (ink, watercolour, pencil, mixed media) and iPad digital illustration, and can adapt seamlessly to your event space and brief. Digital illustration allows for quick printing on site if required, while traditional media creates beautiful, tactile originals for guests to treasure.
Can you draw on branded or custom paper?
Absolutely. Creating illustrations on your branded paper or custom-designed paper is a wonderful way to reinforce your brand identity. I can also design bespoke themed paper in advance for your event, just mention this when you enquire and we can discuss your requirements.
Can you customise leather goods, packaging, or other surfaces?
Yes! Bespoke customisation of leather goods, fabric, packaging, and perfume bottles can be arranged either in-store or prepared in advance for VIP gifting. This is a particularly popular option for luxury brand activations and exclusive retail events. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas.

Can you illustrate guests at my wedding?
Yes, live wedding guest illustration is one of my most popular offerings. I create beautiful portraits of your guests during the drinks reception or wedding breakfast, giving them a personal memento of your special day. It's a unique alternative to a photo booth and a truly sophisticated addition to any wedding.
How many guests can you illustrate at a wedding?
This depends on the duration of my time at your event and the illustration style chosen. We'll work this out together during the booking process so you have a clear idea of how many portraits can be created in the time available. I'll always make sure the experience feels relaxed and special for each guest.
Bookings & Logistics
Where are you based and how far will you travel?
I'm based in London and am available throughout the UK and internationally. Travel costs for events outside London are discussed at the time of booking. I've worked at events across the UK and beyond, so distance is rarely a barrier, just get in touch and we'll make it work.
How do I check your availability and book?
The best way to enquire is via the contact page on my website. Please include your event date, location, type of event, and any specific ideas you have in mind. I'll come back to you as soon as possible to discuss your requirements and confirm availability.
Are you insured?
Yes, I hold full public liability insurance and can provide documentation on request. This is standard practice for corporate events and brand activations, so please do ask if your venue or event organiser requires it.
What information do you need to provide a quote?
To put together an accurate quote, it's helpful to know: the date and location of your event, the type of event (corporate, wedding, private party, brand activation, etc.), the approximate number of guests, the illustration style you have in mind, and any special requirements. The more detail you can share, the better I can tailor my proposal for you.
How much does live event illustration cost?
Pricing is tailored to each event depending on factors such as duration, location, guest numbers and illustration style. For larger events I can bring an assistant or put together a team of talented, high-calibre illustrators. If you have a budget in mind, please do share it when you get in touch as it really helps me put together the best proposal for you.
